Tim Dlugosch
Biography
Tim advises and represents clients in national and cross-border arbitration proceedings as well as before German state courts.
His work includes a broad range of disputes, including energy, finance, supply chains and post-M&A. Tim has acted for clients in a number of high-profile commercial arbitration proceedings under the ICC and DIS rules and also regularly acts in litigations before the German courts. In addition to his work as counsel, Tim also acts as arbitrator in commercial disputes.
