Richard Chamberlain
Biography
Richard is a project development and construction lawyer who advises governments, developers, lenders, and contractors on energy and infrastructure projects across all sectors, with a particular focus on traditional energy, energy transition, and digital infrastructure.
Having been based in the Middle East for over a decade, he has extensive experience advising on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and project financings across a diverse array of sectors, including power, utilities, social infrastructure, data centres, transport, oil and gas, and petrochemicals.
Richard takes a highly commercial and pragmatic approach to his work, and clients regularly praise him for his solution-oriented advice, knowledge of the Middle East market, and ability to get deals done.
