Arnondo Chakrabarti

Arnondo has over two decades of experience across a wide range of contentious matters, representing clients in complex litigation as well as regulatory, criminal and internal investigations.

He has particular experience advising on competition collective proceedings; contractual disputes including involving complex financial products and regulatory and criminal investigations by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and Serious Fraud Office, with particular experience advising clients on bribery and corruption. Arnondo is one of very few lawyers in the market with expertise in advising on both contentious regulatory proceedings and corporate crime issues and is the only lawyer ranked in Chambers 2024 as an Eminent Practitioner in both Financial Crime Corporates and Financial Services Contentious Regulatory. He is ranked in the Hall of Fame in 2024 Legal 500 for Regulatory Investigations and Corporate Crime. Arnondo also advises on public law issues and previously practised as a barrister at Matrix Chambers.
