Raman Kamboh

Raman covers a wide range of transactional work across OTC derivatives products, securitisations and structured finance, as well as derivatives regulatory and market infrastructure advisory.

He has completed a number of client secondments during his career, including a group of financial institutions. Raman worked previously in the firm's Milan office covering a variety of areas including DCM, banking and restructuring, exotic OTC derivatives and repo/securities lending products. His professional background prior to law provides practical financial market and leadership experience. He spent two years at the London Stock Exchange Group, focusing on market infrastructure legislation and derivative regulatory strategy.
