Biography

Martin Chassany specialises in mergers and acquisitions.

He advises on a wide range of transactions both in France and internationally, including acquisitions and disposals of companies, assets or portfolios, the negotiation of joint venture or partnership agreements, and corporate reorganisations, particularly in a cross-border context. He regularly assists financial institutions, including banks and insurance companies, as well as major international client groups. He also advises private equity funds, founders and management teams in connection with their investment.
