Alex Charles

Alex has worked on a variety of banking transactions, including financings (both in the commitment and long form stage) for European LBOs, international investment grade financings, and real estate financings in emerging markets.

In 2017/2018, Alex spent approximately eight months on secondment to the credit products legal team in J.P. Morgan. In 2015, Alex spent six months on secondment to the firm's Dubai office.
