Lucy Hall

Lucy has 20 years’ experience and brings a distinctive blend of transactional expertise and knowledge management capability to her role.

Lucy worked as a senior lawyer for ten years with expertise spanning project finance, corporate finance, securitisation, and real estate finance. Lucy advised banks, financial institutions, other lenders and borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions. During her career, she has completed two client secondments, gaining valuable in-house perspective. She transitioned to a senior knowledge lawyer role in January 2016 and focuses on project finance, with a particular emphasis on energy innovation. In her current position, Lucy is responsible for knowledge management, maintaining precedents and know-how whilst providing transactional support. She designs and delivers both internal and client-facing international training programmes, drawing on her extensive practice experience. Lucy has a strong interest in legal technology and AI solutions, having led a ten-part series on AI and legal tech tools. She works closely with the Innovation team, helping to embed new technologies and ways of working across the practice. Lucy is also Co-Chair of the Global Families Network.
