Biography
Ben’s practice focuses on a range of legal matters related to the structuring and documentation of various derivative products for hedge funds and other alternative asset managers, financial institutions and corporations.
He has experience with the negotiation of trading documentation and advises on a range of derivatives transactions including repurchase agreements, OTC derivatives, and structured finance transactions.
