• EdgeConneX on its EUR2.4bn sustainability-linked financing of its pan-EMEA data centre portfolio. This represents Europe’s first data centre platform financing project.
• A group of financial institutions on the EUR 125m real estate development financing to Greystar for the acquisition and development of The Ensemble in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
• Sloe Centrale on the sale of the gas-fired power plant by PZEM and EDF to EPH.
• DIF Capital Partners on its sale of a portfolio of European PPP assets to Equitix.
• A group of financial institutions on the EUR110m financing of GlasDraad’s optical fiber networks business in the Netherlands.
• EIB on a EUR16m venture debt financing provided to Airborne International, a manufacturer of composites.
• The senior lenders on the project financing of Windpark Fryslân in the Netherlands. This project is the largest inland water wind farm.
• The senior lenders and JBIC on the refinancing of offshore wind project Luchterduinen in the Netherlands.
