Jesse is Co-Managing Partner of California.

Jesse focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, carve-outs, venture capital financings, strategic investments and joint ventures.

Jesse also regularly advises both investors and emerging companies with respect to corporate governance matters, financings, and other corporate transactions.

Jesse’s clients include private and public companies, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, venture capital investors, family offices and founders. He covers a range of sectors, such as technology, renewable energy, infrastructure, consumer products and e-commerce, among others.
