Biography

Josh is a Tech M&A and emerging growth lawyer with a wealth of experience across a wide range of corporate transactions, including international M&A, joint ventures, equity finance, growth and venture capital fundraising and investments, and strategic commercial partnerships.

His practice encompasses the full life cycle of high-growth companies, advising companies and their investors from early-stage seed and Series A fundraising rounds to $1 billion+ exits. Josh focuses on the Tech sector and works with high-growth companies and their investors throughout EMEA and the United States on some of their most complex and innovative projects.

Josh is an active contributor to the firm’s pro bono programme and has been publicly recognised for his contribution winning the Lawworks Junior Division Pro Bono Award for advising Stonewall on ‘Turing’s Law’ in the UK. Josh regularly advises not-for-profit organisations on a pro bono basis on governance aspects of English charity law and registration with the Charity Commission.
