Biography

Ana Aur represents investment banks and companies in a broad range of public and private capital markets transactions.

Ana’s practice includes initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt issuances, acquisition financings, cross-border securities offerings, and liability management transactions in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, media and telecommunications, metals and mining, general industrials, real estate, power and energy, forest products, and consumer retail.

Selected experience

  • The underwriters and the forward purchasers in the equity offering of common stock with a partial forward component by MGE Energy.
  • The underwriters in the MJDS bought deal offering of common stock by Blue Moon Metals and concurrent private placement.
  • BofA Securities, Cowen Securities, and Guggenheim Securities as the joint book-running managers in connection with the global offering of Orphazyme A/S, consisting of American depositary shares in its initial public offering in the U.S. and ordinary shares in a European private placement.
  • BofA Securities, Jefferies and Raymond James as joint lead book-running managers and LifeSci Capital and Ladenburg Thalmann as co-managers in connection with Tarsus Pharmaceuticals’ initial public offering of common stock.
  • BofA Securities as sole book-running manager in connection with two offerings of convertible senior notes by Exact sciences
  • BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC as joint book-running managers in connection with Inspire Medical Systems, Inc.’s follow-on offering of common shares.

  • BofA Securities, and a group of global financial institutions as joint book-running managers in connection with Galera Therapeutics, Inc.’s initial public offering of common stock.
  • BofA Merrill Lynch and a global financial institution as joint book-running managers in connection with Axonics Modulation Technologies, Inc.’s initial public offering of common stock as well as a follow-on offering of common stock.
  • BofA Securities, China Renaissance Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, ICBC International Securities Limited, and A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners, as joint book-runners, in connection with the SEC-registered follow-on offering of American Depositary Shares representing Class A ordinary shares of iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited.
