Biography
Tom advises a range of clients (including sponsors, commercial lenders, development finance institutions and infrastructure funds) on financing transactions across the infrastructure and energy sectors.
His experience includes hydropower, solar, wind, bioenergy, energy from waste and transmission infrastructure.
Tom worked in London prior to relocating to Singapore.
