Biography
Sydney regularly advises public and private companies on a wide variety of executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
She advises both U.S. and non-U.S. companies on securities and corporate governance matters, particularly with respect to equity incentive and employment arrangements and public company disclosure requirements.

- A mass media and entertainment conglomerate on the strategic acquisition by Dplay Entertainment Limited (the Purchaser).
- TELUS Corporation in connection with its acquisition of Workplace Options.
- TPG Inc. in its $2.7 billion acquisition of Angelo Gordon.
- Atrion Corporation in connection with its acquisition by Nordson Corporation.
- Teradyne, Inc. in its investment in Technoprobe S.p.A. and the sale of Device Interface Solutions Business.
- Investcorp Europe Acquisition Corp I in connection with its business combination with Orca Holdings Limited.
- Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. in connection with its merger with Black Knight, Inc.
