Stephanie (Tianyu) Li

Stephanie's practice includes representation of investment funds and investment advisers on all aspects of their businesses, including fund and adviser formation, governance and regulatory matters and compliance, SEC registration as well as exemptions and inspections.

Stephanie has experience representing independent directors of investment companies and advising operating companies on "status" issues under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Stephanie also advises clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions of investment advisers and has experience in representing investors in making investments in private funds.
