Biography

Simone specialises in private M&A, with a focus on private equity transactions.

She advises PE and other financial sponsor clients as well as companies on a broad range of complex and high-value private M&A transactions, including domestic and cross-border transactions, carve outs, joint ventures, co-investments and distressed acquisitions and disposals, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. She works across various sectors, including infrastructure, renewable energy and healthcare.

  • Alinta Energy on the sale of its assets in the Pilbara region of Western Australia to APA Group.
  • Crescent Capital Partners the acquisition of a 75% stake in PRP Diagnostic Imaging and the subsequent sale of PRP Diagnostic Imaging to IFM Investors.
  • A foreign pension fund on its upstream minority investment in AirTrunk.
  • Ardian Private Equity on the sale of Study Group's Australian and New Zealand business to Navitas.
