Sean Boren
Biography
Sean’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and white collar enforcement and litigation.
Sean has been recognized for his scholarship on trademarks. As a law student, Sean’s article on Olympic trademarks was published in the New York Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Journal and in the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
Sean works with international clients in U.S. litigation across multiple sectors, including software and technology, fashion and textiles, financial institutions, automotive, cryptocurrency, and more. Sean is also a regular commentator on white collar and regulatory enforcement developments.
