Biography
Sascha has a wide range of experience advising on syndicated lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance and on large international restructuring transactions and distressed debt situations.
He focuses on cross-border real estate finance. Sascha advises national and international banks and financial institutions, investors and corporates on all aspects of banking and credit law arising in national and cross-border transactions.
He is fluent in German, English and Spanish.

- Quintain Limited on the refinancing of its senior and mezzanine mixed-use investment and development facilities at Wembley Park, with a global financial institution as senior lender and Cheyne Capital as mezzanine lender.
- Advising lenders in connection with the project financing of the Hanseatic Energy Hub, which is being developed as Germany's first land-based terminal for liquefied gases.
- Advice to a syndicate of banks relating to A1 Mobil, the operator of the toll motorway section between Bremen and Hamburg, in connection with a consensual restructuring.
- The Steinhoff Europe AG creditors’ committee on the restructuring of the Steinhoff group.
