Sara Sanz
Biography
Sara has experience in domestic and international financial transactions covering both syndicated financings and debt restructurings.
She has gained experience in the banking law area by participating in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, project and real estate finance.
Sara has also been involved in Pro-Bono activities with the World Bank or the programme "Conoce tus Leyes", promoted by the Autonomous Community of Madrid.
