Samantha Ang

Samantha has experience in both public and private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity, as well as experience in general corporate and employment matters.

Samantha has cross-border corporate M&A experience including drafting and reviewing a wide range of key transactional and general corporate documents, and conducting and coordinating local and cross border legal due diligence. Samantha is Singapore law qualified.

Prior to joining A&O Shearman, she worked at a leading Singapore law firm.
