• Alpha Private Equity and Management on the sale of IPCOM Group, a leading distributor and manufacturer of insulation solutions.
• Providence Equity Partners (Providence) on the acquisition of Airties, a leading provider of cloud-based managed Wi-Fi solutions to operators globally (Airties) from several sellers including VC/PE group Invus, founders and managers.
• Equistone Partners Europe and management on the sale of Amadys, leading system integrator of end-to-end connectivity solutions for the telecom, infrastructure and energy markets to ETC Group, backed by Cinven, the global private equity firm.
• Verlinvest, a Belgian investment holding company, on its acquisition of veterinary platform Nesto CVBA, a growing network of veterinary practices in Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.
• Filip Goos (founder) and Indufin Investment (minority PE investor) on the sale of 100% of the shares in Cheops Capital Partners NV (a Belgian Based IT-services company) to Chequers Capital.
• Apheon, a leading European investment firm, and management on a strategic partnership with Astorg, the global private equity firm, to support the long-term development of Sofico, a global frontrunner in providing mission-critical software for the automotive finance, leasing, fleet and mobility industry.
• The shareholders and management (as deal counsel) on the management buy-out of the Denys Group, a multi-specialist construction group based in Ghent, Belgium.
• Edgard Vermeersch (founder and CEO) and sellers (including institutional investors PMV, Gimv, Smartfin, SFPIM and Alychlo) on the sale of a majority stake in Itineris, a global leader in innovative SaaS solutions for the utilities sector, to Cobepa, a privately held investment company.
