Biography
Olivier specialises in corporate and securities law.
Olivier advises companies, shareholders and investors (including, public entities and investment funds) as well as underwriters on the full range of equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, rights offerings and other share capital increases, issuance of equity-linked securities (convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds, warrants) or block trades, as well as mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Olivier’s practice also includes capital markets-related regulatory advice and corporate governance matters.
Olivier regularly speaks at conferences and seminar organized by A&O Shearman or market associations.
