Nicholas Clark
Biography
Nick is Global Co-Head of Debt Finance, co-ordinates the wider Finance practice and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
Also leading our leveraged finance group, Nick advises banks and private credit funds on financing for private equity-backed acquisitions, with wide-ranging experience across the capital structure. His practice extends to M&A financings for public companies, frequently advising on Takeover Code-regulated transactions and similar deals in other jurisdictions. Based in London, he has previously worked in the Paris and Milan offices.
