Biography
Michelle specialises in advising clients on ECM and M&A transactions.
She has extensive experience and a sophisticated understanding of Hong Kong securities laws and regulations to guide public and private corporations as well as financial institutions on: Equity capital market transactions, from initial public offerings to equity fund raisings including rights issues and placements. Mergers and acquisitions. Take-private transactions. General compliance matters.

- Zhongsheng on its USD1.3 billion acquisition of Zung Fu (China) Limited HK, a subsidiary of Jardine Matheson operating its Mercedes-Benz dealership in China.
