Laura Roberts

Laura is a managing associate in Advanced Delivery Legal (ADL) and leads the ADL ICM team.

Laura has worked for major financial institutions on a wide variety of matters, including updates of euro medium term note programmes, structured products, standalone transactions, issuances and supplements. Laura is also involved in managing the approval of prospectuses filed with the UK regulator the Financial Conduct Authority and the Luxembourg regulator the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.

Laura has spent time on secondment to client offices and to offices within the firm’s network, assisting with the negotiation of derivative agreements. Laura specialises in structured finance and often advises clients on structured product issuances, programmes and supplements.
