Jeroen Allebrandi
Biography
Jeroen advises on a wide range of corporate matters, varying from public takeovers and corporate governance to IPOs and private transactions.
Next to his experience in the corporate sector, Jeroen practiced in employment law for two years, advising international clients on various matters overlapping the corporate and employment sector, such as corporate leadership incentivization and works council procedures. He works with major international clients across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors, including biotechnology and health care, industrials, financial institutions and energy.

- Kiadis Pharma on the EUR 308mn takeover by Sanofi (2020/2021).
- Wolters Kluwer and a multinational media conglomerate on the sale of their carved-out legal information-based businesses in Spain, France and Portugal for EUR 160mn to Karnov (2021/2022).
