Biography
Jennifer is a knowledge lawyer in the International Capital Markets department of our Hong Kong office.
Prior to this role, Jennifer worked with major international and PRC financial institutions, PRC SOEs, multinational corporations, and Hong Kong conglomerates on a wide range of international debt capital market transactions across multiple sectors.
