Jasper is skilled in environmental and regulatory matters, permitting, ESG and public procurement.
He advises a broad range of clients from developers, financial investors (including private equity), to major corporations. He has a significant track record on the acquisition / development / disposal / financing of chemical and manufacturing companies, real estate (commercial, logistics and residential) and renewable energy projects (biomass, hydrogen, solar and wind). Jasper regularly advises bidders in public tender procedures in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
