Biography
Jarne has been actively involved in assisting both global and local clients with strategic technology transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of complex license agreements, collaboration agreements and outsourcing arrangements.
He has also contributed to multi‑jurisdictional strategic data protection and AI projects, gaining valuable insights into the evolving technology landscape and its implications for businesses operating across borders. In addition, through his teaching assistant mandate in the past, Jarne has been bringing strong academic foundations that further enhance the quality and depth of his practical legal work.

- Assisting the world's largest liquefied natural gas producer and supplier in drafting and negotiating strategic partnership agreements with various technology partners.

- Advising a leading Belgian bank on all intellectual property aspects of transferring its customer services center to an external service provider.
