Biography
With a broad corporate/M&A practice, Jana assists clients with all aspects of their transactions, from structuring and negotiating to closing and post-deal integration.
Her experience includes involvement in various high-profile transactions, both domestic and cross-border, where she advised on transactional, operational, and commercial matters. In addition, Jana has headed several commercial real estate transactions and assisted with real estate financing matters. She also specialises in the gaming sector, providing regulatory and licensing advice to leading gaming companies operating in the Czech Republic.

- A global alternative investment management firm on its acquisition of a stake in CPI Property Group, a Luxembourg-based listed real estate player, for an amount of EUR300m.
- Cordiant Digital Infrastructure, a newly-established specialist digital infrastructure investor, on its acquisition of České Radiokomunikace (a leading broadcasting, media and communications services provider in the Czech Republic) from funds managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets.
- Cromwell Property Group (formerly Valad Europe) on the sale of a portfolio of 11 light industrial assets located in Hungary and in the Czech Republic to M7 Real Estate.
- Axcel Management A/S on its acquisition of a leading Czech mass hosting provider Active 24 Hosting and Spanish company Active 24 Hosting SLU.
- Tristan Capital Partners and Mint Investments on their acquisition of Avenir Business Park, a 25,000 sqm office project in Nové Butovice, Prague, from a global private equity firm.
