Jan advises clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, data protection, and intellectual property matters.

His experience spans drafting and negotiating M&A contracts, coordinating cross-border transactions—including MJ due diligence—and managing regulatory compliance. He has also provided guidance on a range of IP and FDI issues. In addition, he supports clients with the implementation of data protection and AI-related policies, including data breach responses, and liaises with data protection and FDI authorities.
