Jan Mourek

Jan specialises mainly in capital markets and finance.

His experience includes in particular providing legal services to issuers, lead managers and agents on domestic and international bond issuances, exchange and tender offers and establishing and updating of bond (including mortgage covered bond and regulatory bond) programmes.

Jan was also involved in the preparation and successful implementation of the Czech withholding tax certification procedures for Eurobonds issued by Czech issuers.
