Haruka Morimoto

Haruka has a wide range of experience working in-house both in the legal and other commercial departments at a Japanese government organization where she was previously based, prior to joining A&O Shearman.

She has extensive experience leading on negotiations and due diligence in relation to project financing and corporate financing transactions, including debt management on cross border transactions.
