Edoardo advises on a broad range of banking and finance transactions.

His practice covers real estate finance, acquisition finance, and corporate lending, acting for both borrowers and lenders and serving domestic and international clients, including primary banks, sponsors, financial institutions, and investment funds. Edoardo advises on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of financing transactions and he also has experience in structured finance, particularly with respect to securitisation transactions.
