Catherine Elvinger

Catherine advises on a wide range of Luxembourg and international tax matters, including on structuring, private equity, investment funds, corporate restructurings, real estate, and wealth and succession planning.

Her practice covers all aspects of direct and indirect taxes, and she also intervenes on tax pre-litigation and litigation matters. Catherine holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Fulbright and Harlan Fiske Stone scholar. She is admitted to both the Luxembourg and New York bars. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Catherine gained international experience working at leading law firms in France and Germany, as well as working as an associate at an elite U.S. law firm in New York. Catherine is a member of the Luxembourg Young International Fiscal Association, the Luxembourg American Chamber of Commerce (LACC) and the Luxembourg office’s Social Impact Committee.
