- A group of multinational financial institutionson the refinancing of the iconic building De Rotterdam in the Netherlands. De Rotterdam, owned by Amundi Real Estate is a complex asset with three 150-metres tall interconnected mixed used towers accommodating offices, apartments, hotel, conference facilities, shops, restaurants and cafés.
- A global financial institution on the financing of GlasDraad’s optical fiber networks business in the Netherlands.
- Dutch bank on the financing of a portfolio of distribution centers located in the Netherlands and owned by an international sponsor.
- German lender on the refinancing the acquisition and financing the development of multiple office buildings in the Netherlands.
- A private credit fund and commercial bank on the financing of a portfolio of logistics assets located in the Netherlands including a green tranche and flexibility to complete the development of one of the assets.
