Ana García

Ana specialises in advising Spanish and worldwide companies on a range of capital markets transactions.

She has participated in the design and negotiation of complex structured transactions including synthetic securitisations, financial derivatives transactions and negotiation of master agreements (such as CMOF, ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA), and other financial products (such as banking and investment contracts and structured deposits) and regulatory matters. Over the past few years she has advised managers and issuers on debt capital markets transactions, including domestic and international debt programmes and commercial paper programmes (including EMTN, ECP and structured products) and issuances of a wide variety of products, such as, among others, structured products, regulatory capital notes, ESG bonds and hybrid securities. She has also experience in other financial transactions such as sindicated transactions, corporate lending and project finance.
