Biography
Alexandra focuses on a wide variety of compensation-related matters.
She advises public and private companies on executive compensation, tax, and employee benefit matters, including in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
She also advises public companies on a variety of compensation-related disclosure and governance issues and assists on relevant SEC filings, including with respect to annual reports and 8-K reports, peer group benchmarking of disclosure practices and Section 16 reporting and compliance.
